WELCOME TO

Your Space For Authentic Connection & Lasting Growth

My mission is to help teens, college students, and young adults explore their mental health early in life and grow strong roots that will support them in creating a loving, successful, and fulfilling future.

I understand that life can feel heavy, uncertain, and impossible to navigate sometimes. As we move through our teens and into early adulthood, many of us come to learn just how hard things can get. But with the right tools, support, and space to feel seen, it is always possible to make it through even the hardest seasons.

HOW I WORK

Planting Healthy Roots Early With Evidence-Based Therapy Approaches

I bring a warm and relational approach rooted in effective, evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

Working with me, therapy may look like building skills to manage anxiety, exploring your deepest values and identity, strengthening your emotional regulation, or cultivating more self-compassion.

I want to help you better understand what you’re feeling and why – and develop tools to navigate life’s challenges with more clarity, confidence, and resilience.

My passion for working with young people stems from personal experience of a major depressive episode during graduate school. Because of my own background and identities, I am passionate about working with People of Color, trans-racial adoptees, LGBTQ folks, and athletes.

“Meg is a very supportive therapist. She has a knack for seeing her clients through complex situations with empathy and attuned guidance. While working beside her as a colleague, I noticed how her experience treating eating disorders and body image challenges translated to creative, strength-based interventions that helped clients see themselves and their struggles with greater compassion.”
